About me

Hi, I'm Lukas Jocius

I'm a licensed life insurance and segregated funds professional based in Toronto, Ontario, but it wasn't always that way.

I studied law, earned my master's degree and practised as a lawyer. But my younger years belonged to travel: I explored around 30 countries, and that curiosity eventually brought me to Canada, where I found my way into the financial industry almost by chance.

What kept me here is a simple passion for helping people. Finance is full of jargon, so I started Protect & Prosper Canada to help demystify it. I guide Canadian families through insurance and segregated fund solutions, and I create free educational tools, interactive illustrations and videos that make lifelong financial decisions easier to understand.
