TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Protect & Prosper Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including any pages, forms, content, seminar registration pages, booking pages, and related services made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, registering for a seminar, or requesting a meeting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational, educational, and scheduling purposes only. It is intended to help visitors:
- learn about insurance and related financial topics;
- register for seminars, webinars, or educational events;
- request a 1-on-1 meeting or consultation; and
- contact us for more information about services that may be available through properly licensed channels.
The Site DOES NOT provide online insurance coverage, online policy issuance, or binding financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
2. No Professional Advice [IMPORTANT!!!]
The information on this Site is general in nature and is not intended to constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial planning, investment, or other professional advice.

- insurance;
- segregated funds;
- retirement strategies;
- registered accounts;
- children’s education savings;

Guarantees, where applicable, are subject to the terms of the governing contract and may depend on factors such as holding period, withdrawals, deposits, resets, market performance, and beneficiary or estate circumstances.
6. Seminar and Meeting Registration
When you register for a seminar, webinar, or 1-on-1 meeting through the Site, you agree that:
- the information you provide will be accurate and complete;
- we may contact you regarding your registration or request;
- seminar dates, topics, speakers, format, and availability may change without notice;
- submitting a meeting request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or suitability for service; and
- we may decline, reschedule, cancel, or limit bookings at our discretion.
A seminar, webinar, or meeting request does not create an advisor-client relationship by itself.
7. No Advisor-Client Relationship Created by Site Use Alone
Your use of the Site, submission of a form, registration for a seminar, or request for a consultation does not by itself create:
- a client relationship;
- an advisor-client relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- an insurance contract; or
- an obligation on our part to provide any product or service.
Any formal relationship will arise only if and when we agree to proceed through the appropriate process and, where required, complete the necessary disclosure, suitability, application, and compliance steps.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site, data, or systems;

Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms.
11. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protect & Prosper Canada and its affiliates, officers, representatives, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Site;
- your violation of applicable law; or
- your infringement of any third-party right.
17. Compliance and Licensing
Protect & Prosper Canada operates in a regulated environment. In Ontario, FSRA licenses and regulates life and health insurance agents and companies, and FSRA applies fair treatment of customers expectations across the insurance sector.
Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as expanding any licence, authority, designation, or scope of practice beyond what is permitted by law, regulation, licensing status, insurer rules, or compliance requirements.
18. Geographic Use
The Site is intended primarily for users in Canada. We make no representation that Site content is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
If you access the Site from outside Canada, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
